The OnlineNewzBible has exhaustively reported on deaths of many ANC members who have died under different circumstances over the past few months, and it is invariably difficult to report on mysterious deaths, particularly of young who'd their futures all bright and promising.
The party in the Eastern Cape has again this afternoon confirmed that the recently sworn-in mayor of the Sarah Baartman municipality has sadly passed away. Mzimkhulu Njadayi, died after he collapsed in a council meeting earlier today.
His death was confirmed by Eastern Cape Provincial secretary, Lulama Ngcukaitobi, who expressed great shock and maniacal belwiderment that Njadayi, who had just been elected the mayor of Sarah Baartman municipality, shockingly fell and collapsed never to be revived.
"We can confirm that [ANC] councillor Njadayi is no more. We are still very shocked because his departure was so sudden. He had just been elected as the district mayor of the Sarah Baartman Municipality," Ngcukaitobi was quoted by News24.
The Municipality has also confirmed the news in a short statement, not sharing much details regarding the main cause of his collapse, they sent sui generous commiserations to his family and indicated that details pertaining to his funeral shall be communicated in due time.
At this point in time, everyone is awaiting the pathology results to ascertain what might have caused his death.
But as a South African who has grown accustomed to how factional ANC battles unfold, one cannot really rule out the possibility of poisoning.

Not that it is what happened, but Njadayi most definitely had political enemies and those who are antagonistic towards his leadership and therefore, we know ANC leaders no longer prefer engaging robustly but they eliminate each other at any given opportunity.
Deputy President David Mabuza can bear testimony to that fact, as he once fell victim to poisoning which to this day he suffers the impact.
Njadayi was the chairperson of the Sarah Baartman region.

He studied local government at Rhodes University and among some of the positions he held, was as a cultural officer at the department of arts and culture, youth chamber of commerce and industry of South Africa.
Njadayi was also big football fan, as evidenced by his Facebook post congratulating PSG forward Lionel Messi for winning his 7th Ballon D'or.
The OnlineNewzBible team sends its most sincere condolences to Njadayi's family, May his Soul Repose Peacefully.
