Home Affairs minister Aaron Motsoaledi finds himself under a lot of pressure.
He has until Friday next week Friday rto report to parliament with the review about work permits renewals.
This comes months after Motsoaledi set up a task team that was meant to probe the illegal issuing of Visa's and work permits by his department.
DA MP Adrian Roos said the report was supposed to have been presented three months ago only to be postponed and leeway was given at the last meeting due to Motsoaledi having an engagement, on condition the report was presented before the end of the last term ending mid-June.

Motsoaledi torched a storm late last year when he announced that he would not be renewing the Zimbabwean Exemption Permit.
He also expected to shed more light about it when he reports to Parliament.
DA MP Angel Khanyile suggested that the report be presented when the committee holds its meeting next week.
She stressed that the matter had been long overdue and it was supposed to have been presented in March this year.
