Bloody what? Ndlozi left speechless at the price Eskom had to pay in honor of the king

Former EFF spokesperson, Mbuyiseni Ndlozi, has joined numerous South Africans who were left speechless after Eskom revealed shocking news. According to Eskom, the cost of keeping the lights on for Zulu King Goodwill Zwelithini's memorial service was reportedly more than R20 million.

On Thursday, Eskom canceled load shedding in order to allow the country to mourn the king. The extraordinary measure had to be taken so that citizens can be able to witness the historical moments as the king was remembered and honored.

But how can Eskom spend billions to keep incompetent management? Mzansi asks. "With respect to the Zulu Kingdom, how does Eskom just suspend loadshedding in a certain area for a funeral memorial. I thought these were necessary shutdowns? Why is the economy and people’s jobs not prioritized in the same way?"

Eskom had become a drain for wasting money since ANC took power. SOE’S will only be successful again as it was pre 1994, if it is privatised.
