As everyone probably knows by now, Nelson Mandela is one of the greatest political figures of all time. Alongside the help of others, he took South Africa from being ruled under apartheid laws to being a democratically elected country.
From 1994 to 1999, Mandela was President of the country and under his watch, we saw the introduction of RDPs and the start of the BEE policy. Overall Mandela wasn't a bad President and he stepped down in 1999 because he rather saw himself as a revolutionary
