Carl Niehaus| So the Helen Suzman Foundation does not like the outcome of the JSC interviews ?

So the Helen Suzman Foundation doesn't like the outcome of the JSC interviews, with Justice Maya nominated, now they call it an 'abomination'. If one of their preferred candidates were nominated they would have praised the very same JSC interviews to the heavens, Arch opportunists ~ Carl

It's not the outcome some are not happy with but the way it was reached that means it does not justify the end kind of situation, now that makes me support her nomination anyone their oppose ultimately becomes our friend as poor of the poorest, unfortunately their ball- boy aka CR17 will heed the instruction from his Stellenbosch masters. Who is funding these foundations who think they have power to veto decisions just because they are fuming and angry that Zondo did not win, as they want Judges that will implement their superiority especially section 25 on the other hand they think we dont know their agendaIt's high time that we also have our own foundations to defend our course, we can't tolerate such behaive from them we are tired of these people Carl they can go to court, there will be no new interviews that will be hold here, becauese they are no guidelines or law created which outlines the type of questions that should be asked by members of JSC, when they are interviewing the Judges they are allowed to ask any questions. All those who were nominated in my view serve one master they both are afraid to challenge and change the current status qou, this bad constitution written by the ANC and their friends is truely not benefiting the black majority

What was the responsibilities of JSC, were they tasked in recommending one person to the President, or to assess all the candidates and submit as list of more than one to the President to choose from, those who are well versed with the Constitution can advised
