Jo'burg Mayor's Last Words To Cyril Before He DIED?

There is a Nigerian saying which says, 'end strikes a man when his day is ideal', and Saturday couldn't have been all the more better for the now lapsed City of Johannesburg Mayor Jolidee Matongo when he had close participation with President Cyril Ramaphosa for basically the day, but in the midst of that, no one, not even the President may have considered the adversity that would happen before the sun set.
