EFF leaders Malema and Dlozi court date postponed

EFF says they not taking any calls from Democratic Alliance leaders as they don’t want to enter collision with the DA , Malema was back in court today appearing on assault charges.

He and EFF member of parliament Doctor Mbuyiseni Dlozi are on trial for allegedly assaulting a police office at Winnie Dikizela Mandela’s funeral on the 14 April 2018 after being refused entry to the funeral.

The matter will be back in court in the Randburg magistrates court on the 7 April 2022 , it was postponed due to Malema’s instructing attorney suspected to have contacted Covid-19.

The EFF leaders have not interest to talk about the collision with DA leaders as the EFF say they never been involved with DA before and even when it come to tenders the EFF has never ask for one.

EFF leader Malema said they don’t need DA and wil never work with DA in the manner that the public think they could do ,they need functional municipalities.

Malema said he is ready for trail and seems the state has 2 witnesses from 4 and maybe when they come back there will be no one left to stand as the witness in court.
