Over the years, South Africans have lamented over the level of negligence they suffer in the hands of our country. The government of South Africa has done little or nothing to ensure that citizens are given preferential treated above any other nationality in South Africa.
This action has also given rise to the establishment of many pressure groups with sole aim of compelling South African government to prioritize citizens.
In a recent report, a South African man known as Pompe Magufuli has explain what "Put South Africa first" Stands for. He said that the movement simply want South African government to prioritize her own citizens especially in the aspect of Job creation, Health care, security etc.
He added that the movement is against economic refugees and not necessarily against people coming from other African countries.
According to his statement on Twitter:
"Putting South Africa first means our people should be prioritised in their country in terms of jobs, Health, security and other key issues. It is also against economic refugees and those who do not add value to SA. It is not about hate and disliking anyone because they are from Africa"
