Tragedy has struck the eNCA on Thursday morning following the announcement of the death of one of the most experienced broadcaster ever to grace the eNCA, Karima Brown.
The news comes as a shock as her death was least expected. The journalist and analysts is reported to have succumbed to a Covid-19 related illness on Thursday morning. She is reported to have survived by her only child and family members.
The death of Karima Brown follows her admission at the Hospital in February having been diagnosed with Covid-19.
She had been receiving treatment at the hospital for the virus before losing the battle against the Covid-19 pandemic. Dan Moyane , the experienced news anchor broke the news to South Africans on Thursday morning.
The late Karima Brown is reported to have held many senior positions at the broadcasting company. She was reportedly the political editor at Business Day and also served as the executive editor. Karima was the host of "The Fix" program which airs on eNCA on Sunday where she was popular for throwing tough questions.
The burial arrangements of the late political commentator are yet to be known.
