Dr Zweli Mkhize is a South African legislator, doctor and politician. He resigned as a Minister of health in 2021, when he got appointed in 2019. When he was a minister of health, Zweli Mkhize was prominent in South Africa's response to the pandemic COVID-19. 
It is rumoured and believed that Zwi Mkhize has allegedly accepted the call by traditional leader to run for the African National Congress presidency. If this is true, does that mean the Zweli Mkhize will be running for presidency next year? Also, with him interacting with traditional leaders, does that mean that Zweli Mkhize is now a Sangoma?
