South African National Editors Forum, SANEF has launched a court bid challenging the decision by the department. The court challenge could impact the release of the results if it not dealt with as a matter of urgency.
The Department has established a relationship with media houses and their announcement caught many by surprise. The next few days will be critical as the day to release the results draw closer and closer.
