OPINION | Ramaphosa Is 'Legally Disqualified' From Having Anything To Do With The PP Suspension


Advocate Dali Mpofu who is driving the legitimate group addressing Public Protector, Busisiwe Mkhwebane on her battle against suspension contended that president Cyril Ramaphosa isn't permitted by regulation to do anything comparable to the suspension of Mkhwebane.

Mpofu managing the conceivable irreconcilable circumstance concerning president Cyril Ramaphosa coming from examinations concerning the president said he is "legitimately precluded" from starting a suspension to Mkhwebane who is researching him.

Relating the spilled SMS about the Constitutional Court judgment, advocate Dali Mpofu says it was to impact the Western Cape High Court which was planning to hear her forbid application to stop parliament request.
