As everyone probably knows by now, local municipal elections will be contested on the 1st of November whereby all the parties registered with IEC will go head to head to score votes from the citizens of South Africa.
Parties have been campaigning left, right and center throughout the whole country, making promises and revealing their mandatesbto citizens, in order to woo them to vote for their party.
The ANC is no different, the ruling party has also been on campaigning spree with its President, Cyril Ramaphosa, heading the way for the so called liberation party.
In a desperate attempt to woo citizens to vote for ANC, Ramaphosa revealed that ANC has been giving the poor RDP houses for free. According to him, he said he doesn't know any party that would give away a house that cost R160 000 for free.
Back then, these words used to work but it seems like now many South Africans have woken up and starting to see the ANC for what they really represent and they will find out on the 1st of November that you can't always fool people.
