ANC NEC part and a big fan of president Cyril Ramaphosa, Derek Hanekom has hit back at the report that the president and his inward circle need the following ANC gathering to be near the Ruperts.
Hypotheses had it that Cyril Ramaphosa and his extremely close supporters were plotting to have the gathering in the Western Cape to separate the agents from "outside elements to persuade them".
ANC meetings are generally held in settings that are encircled by lodgings and diversion scenes for agents and a few branch individuals who may not make it as representatives at the gathering.
Derek Hanekom said the charges that Cyril Ramaphosa and his inward circle are tipping for the meeting to be held in Western Cape is outright junk as it isn't accurate.
Hanekom is one of Cyril Ramaphosa's partners who are certain that assuming Ramaphosa challenges briefly term he will win.
"What outright trash. The most exceedingly terrible part is that you really realize that it is false," he said.
While the RET group is battling like there's no tomorrow to deaden Cyril Ramaphosa in front of the party's elective gathering, Cyril Ramaphosa got a lift after Royal forerunners in Limpopo tossed their weight behind him to challenge briefly term as top of the party, as they place their confidence in his capacities to cultivate solidarity inside the association.
Hosi Tinyiko Nwamitwa of the Valoyi faction said she had been supporting Ramaphosa even before the party praised its birthday in Polokwane. She said she knew what Ramaphosa was prepared to do, thus he ought to be given more opportunity to control the country in the correct course.
