Sakina Kamwendo is a tough journalist: See what she did to Nicole Fritz of Helen Suzman Foundation

When it comes to journalism in this country especially mainstream media, many people have been complaining for the longest time that they seem to be captured and this is because of the way they pose their questions and what they also choose to report about. They chose the kind of news that they believe is newsworthy only when it suits them. Some important information goes untold because it does not fit their narrative.

However, not all journalists are like that. Some stand by their code of ethics and the reporter news without being biased and we have seen one particular individual from the SABC who has down that for many South Africans without fail.

She once took president Ramaphosa head and now she has done the same with the director of the Helen Suzman Foundation Nicole Fritz. Ever since the CSA made a recommendation to the president in terms of who should be the Chief Justice, many people have shown that they are not happy and some are starting to say that the interview exercise was just a waste and they say that on so many occasions. However, Sakina Kamwedo asked questions that Nicole Fritz could not answer satisfactorily. One could see that she did not know what she was talking about and the only thing she was focused on was that Ramaphosa should choose the Chief Justice of his choice and disregard that recommendation by the CSA.

Now some people are saying that South Africa will never progress because of the kind of people that they need opinions from. This kind of organization is made in the interest of some individuals but not for the poor and the marginalized South Africans. They are always pushing their white agenda and it is about time that South Africans are aware of such organizations.
