OPINION| Mkhwebane will never win any battle against this allegedly captured judiciary

The ruling party, on many occasions, had rejected advice from people and organizations purely because they regarded them as ideological enemies when Adv. Busisiwe Mkhwebane was appointed as Public Protector, the DA said she was a spy what did the ANC do it treated that with utter contempt today we are hearing testimony that not only was the Public Protector handled but Arthur Frazer, the former spy boss, but that the State Security Agency literally operated from the Public Protector's office now we can understand why that office was so inefficient, ineffective and incompetent

Do we blame the Public Protector for that failure to do her job, the blame has to be put squarely on the shoulders of the ANC itself foe refusing to heed the advice from it's sworn enemy and subjecting thus country to the mess it finds itself in, we have paid close to R 65 Million for judgements against the Public Protector maybe we have to claim that money from the ANC for giving this country a liability for a Public Protector

The PP was remotely controlled how can you invite people your investigating to your birthday party? It's unheard of set if questions to CR was manufactured outside, she cannot formulate those formidable questions you don't have to be a genius to see through the actions of the Public Protector to see through her conduct, that it is her handlers directing her against President Cyril Ramaphosa. Why are tax payers paying the PP’s legal fees of R130 000 per day if she is impeached does she have to pay her own fees? Advocate Mpofu is making this a circus and dragging it out as long as he can, it’s just horrific but the important thing is to understand how things are done in this country
