Former Democratic Alliance leader Phumzile Van Damme took a dig at women's minister Maite Nkoana-Mashabane.
She accused of continuously recycling speeches. Van Damme said Mashabane recycled her speeches every year and there was nothing new about them.
She said one one thing about Maite was tha she can disappear from the scene of town appear from nowhere with her recycled speeches
She added that the minister was a consistent queen when it came to recycling speeches.
Some social media users echoed her statement, asking where Nkoana Mashabane has been throughout the year.
This comes at a time when femicide is on the rise in South Africa.
Recently, a group of models were reportedly gang raped by a group of alleged illegal miners popularly known as Zama Zama's in Krugersdorp.
The attack sparked anger and saw more than 80 undocumented foreign national suspects arrested in 24-hours in West Village. They are being held for contravening the Immigration Act.
The case is continuing before the courts.
