Is EFF Senior member implicated in Killing of Godrich Gardee’s daughter?

It would appear that the investigation into the murder of Hillary Gardee, who was the daughter of Godrich Gardee, a former secretary general of the Economic Freedom Fighters, will continue for some time before it is finally resolved. This is because it appears to require additional investigation.

The police have received new information from three suspects who have been arrested, which the suspects' representatives are relaying to the police. This information can't simply be ignored, and further investigation is required.

A relative of Philemon Lukhele, an Eswatini national formerly known as Swaziland accused together with two other men of murdering Hillary Gardee, has claimed that police tortured Lukhele in order to get him to implicate a senior Economic Freedom Fighters member in the gruesome killing. Lukhele is accused of murdering Hillary Gardee along with two other men.

Now, the question that needs to be answered is whether or not it is true that the senior member of the Economic Freedom Fighters is really implicated, or whether or not it is true that the police are merely pressuring Lukhele to incriminate them.
