Former Economic Freedom Fighters member of Parliament, Andile Mngxitama has hit out on the EFF leader, Julius Malema following his utterances threatening to kill fellow member of the Pan African Parliament.
Mngxitama argues that Malema's utterances shows that he is not a Pan Africanist although he speaks loosely about the unity of Africa.
"Without black consciousness you can't be a Pan Africanist. You're just a charlatan who speaks loosely about African unity.
Just hear the things these cheque book Pan Africanists say to other blacks," he said.
Julius Malema on Monday revealed that the fellow member of the Pan African Parliament from Mali whom he threatened to kill had threatened him first, hence he was simply retaliating.
He also revealed that they have now ironed out their differences with the Malian after the incident which he said was a "heated moment and they exchanged unpleasant words."
Andile Mngxitama however said Malema's "I will kill you" utterances can only be uttered by a barbaric gang member and insinuated that Malema is like that.
"Don't make noise here, we are here to listen, don't make noise here. I will kill you outside, I will kill you. You don't know me. Uncouth gang member," said Andile Mngxitama while referring to Malema.
Mngxitama once served as an EFF member of the National Assembly from May 2014 until he was expelled from EFF in April 2015.
He is now the president of Black First Land First (BLF) since October 2015.
