OPINION | The biggest mistake that Zimbabweans made was running away from issues they had to face

The biggest mistake we made as Zimbabweans was running away from issues that we were supposed to to face head on. Most of us chose to cross boarders in search of a better life forgetting we will face the same beast when we return decades later. Zimbabweans in the Diaspora must register to vote, that is the only way change can happen, If we vote in big numbers, it won't be easy to rig electionsWell comparing ourselves to south africa is a bit of a mismatch because if we look at the apartheid example given, the goal was achieved because of the help from other regions even the westen and european countries. Our own is different because Mbeki went to over see elections and deemed them fair evem though he knew there was nothing fair there. Ramaphosa is said to have send a delegation but we never heard about the out come, we are on our own against a corrupt sadc elite thats the problem we have, we will fight and they would send so called negotiators who would then take the side of Zanu Pf so what then is our fate gonna be? For people to fight they have to be in their own countries yet millions of those with brains, are diasporans so its just a double dose of pain. l want to believe still South African government has more to do to make Zimbabwean's problems get solved. Why cant show the people of Zimbabwe that they can freeze all wealth of Zanu pf oppressors in South Africa and ban them to come in their country, first before they ban the pple who are poor coming to find green pastures. Instead it is allowing these Mafias to come enjoy their looting in their country. l also have the view that zimbabweans going back is a way of of them going to suffer more and more, and even work to feed the oppressors
