OPINION| We Are Sorry Thandi Modise, but South Africa is the One Held Hostage

The Defence Minister Thandi Modise, her deputy and the Minister in the Presidency were reportedly held "hostage" by a group of disgruntled military veterans, these are allegedly the same veterans who went to the ANC headquarters on Wednesday and demanded R2.2 million each. South Africa's Defence Minister defenceless? No intelligence, lawlessness. Clueless 'leadership, you surely can't make this stuff up

Just imagine our Minister of Defence couldn't keep herself safe from being taken hostage and she has been tasked with heading up, the SANDF that is supposed to protect us, SA ministers are such characters. These ministers love drama especially Thandi Modise, this is not the first time they come up with big words when dealing with genuine concerns from war vets, why are we not asking what happened to the special pension fund for the war vets?

And it's not only the vets, but the country's concerns they are simply ignored. We saw it during the recent riots too and the language and posturing from the ministers, look at what the party did with it's own employees UIF and pension fund contributions and non-payment of salaries. There's no government leaders but thieves the tension within the ANC is like a volcano that is already slowly erupting. People are angry, the so-called "hostage" is just the beginning

There is nothing of a surprise sother politicians did have their cut, they are one of the few groups yet to enjoy tax payers money. The politicians has taken a decision to look after themselves and show no mercy to their poor voters who vote them without applying any thinking. The country has reached a banana status but we can save it from touching the ground by its belly, by voting out this thieves who claim to be looking after our future but In return stealing our future ruthless
