President Cyril Ramaphosa has shortlisted four possibility for the situation of boss equity.
He has presented the rundown of possibility to the Judicial Service Commission (JSC) and heads of ideological groups for thought.
The Constitution requires the president to counsel the JSC on the arrangement of the central equity.
Sacred Court Justice, Mbuyiseli Madlanga;
Leader of the Supreme Court of Appeal, Judge Mandisa Maya;
Judge President of the Gauteng Division of the High Court, Dunstan Mlambo; and
Vice president Justice, Raymond Mnyamezeli Mlungisi Zondo.
In September, Ramaphosa opened the selection of the following boss equity to people in general, to advance straightforwardness and empower public support. This was in front of Mogoeng's retirement last month.
A selections board thought about the public's entries and advanced a rundown of eight contender for the president's thought.
This is the initial time in South African history that four boss equity competitors will be met by the JSC as the president generally just chooses one individual.
