Adv Dali Mpofu Is Concerned About Jacob Zuma Getting Sent Back To Prison | See What He Said

Former South African President Jacob Zuma is currently out on medical parole after he was arrested back in July 2021, the former President was arrested after the South African Constitutional Court found him guilty of being contempt of court for failing to appear before the Zondo Commission.

However, Jacob Zuma's medical parole is being challenged by multiple high profile political parties and organizations, including the Democratic Alliance, Helen Suzman Foundation and AfriForum, as they are taking legal action against Jacob Zuma's medical parole and they want him to be sent back to prison.

However, Jacob Zuma's legal representative Advocate Dali Mpofu says that he is almost 100% certain that the former President will be released on parole again if he is sent back to prison due to his poor health.

Dali Mpofu claims that Jacob Zuma needs to have 24 hour medical care, which he will not be able to receive if he is sent back to prison, Mpofu says that if Zuma is sent back to prison his poor health might get worse and he might even lose his life.
