The family of Hillary Gardee says they don't want to hear condolences from one of the men accused of killing her.
Godrich Gardee, who used to be the head of the EFF, has a daughter named Gardee, who is 28 years old. On May 3, her body was found in a wood plantation about 40 kilometers from Mbombela.
Philemon Lukhele, 47, was in court with Sipho Lawrence Mkhatshwa, 39, and Albert Mduduzi Gama, 52, on Monday. They were all wearing black leather jackets and grey golf T-shirts.
