The African National Congress Women's League President Bathabile Dlamini; Mpumalanga secretary Lindiwe Ntshalintshali, Ekurhuleni Metropolitan Municipality Mayor Cllr Mzwandile Masina and ANC NEC member Dakota Legoete have all been barred from entering court prescinct due to Covid-19 restrictions. This comes after the ANC secretary-general Ace Magashule is appearing before the Mangaung Magistrates Court to face his charges of fraud, money laundering and corruption emanated from the asbestos tender.
Speaking to the Mail & Guardian journalist, a frustrated Logoete said that they are degenerating into a dictorship in the name of Covid when speaking to the media.
Magashule supporters have come out in numbers. The organizers of the political rally outside court were seen negotiating with the police for space.
Each and every Luthuli House staffer and ANC Free State employee supporting the asbestos accused are currently being paid from the party’s coffers to support corruption.
Blackhead Consulting Director Edwin Sodi has also arrived at the court for the asbestos case where he and his company are charged for fraud and corruption.
