Herman Mashaba has faced criticism for his unkind remarks towards black migrants from African countries particularly by blaming them on almost all problems in South Africa. But with all these ungodly remarks towards black migrants, Herman has to remain numb over other migrants like the Chinese, Indians, Somalians, and the likes which have earned him a nickname uncle Herm.
After he left the DA, Herman went on to establish ActionsSA a new political party but to no one else's surprise, the issue of diversity has followed him again. The top leadership of ActionsSA has 8 black people and 9 white people in a country where the white just represents a less than 18% of the total population.
To his credit though, Mashaba has made it clear in his party's constitution that He will never impose racial quotas on our party structures. All South Africans are welcome to be members of this party, provided they share our founding values and principles.
