The EFF statement about Baleka Mbete

As far as I know All former deputies or presidents are entitled to receive security from the state, but you can't become a lower office bearer (eg minister, Mayor, Member of Parliament) after those positions because you'll automatically forfeit all the former deputy/ President Benefits forever. So in this case of EFF and Mbete, Mbethe was Deputy President and later, in last Administration elected as Speaker of National Assembly she has automatically forfeited all her benefits, because the last position she held was the speaker position, of which I'm not sure whether it got same benefits as former Deputy and President, I stand to be corrected

But this is shocking, body quarding her for what because she is no longer a speaker and she is not a former president, please eff follow this up and those body guards must be withdrawn and money be paid back. For those crying that Malema is receiving the same, I guess they are the ones who will be happy gatvol if CIC can be injured or worse killed. The man has more enemies and especially from these kinds of SAns just for catalysing, the SA politics to favor the black narrative. You cannot talk about land and create no enemies, so people must chill SA state must protect Malema at all costs. The last time I checked police do assessments, if the outcome of the assessment shows someone's life is in danger, police do offer protection. In any event, the speaker of the national assembly, which is the other arm of arm of our democracy, like judiciary and executive, do deserve state protection. CIC Malema is also receiving protection. What protection is Kgalema Motlhanthe getting, Is it not the one of a President even though he became a Deputy President there after, or maybe im confused ?
