Russia turns Ukrainian Cities in the Donbass uninhabitable for human life

Donbas the two regions of Donetsk and Luhansk which Russia claim that its liberating is turning into uninhabitable for human life. In areas where Russia is capturing villages and cities , the roads are destroyed , the hospitals are bombed , the clinics are bombed , the schools are bombed and almost all civilians have left and some have been killed by the soldiers that claim to "liberate" them. What does it benefit to capture vast lands with no people or activity to support human life ?

Mykhailo Podolyak, a Ukrainian presidential adviser and peace negotiator, has stated that any agreement with Russia cannot be trusted. "Any arrangement with Russia isn't worth a broken coin," he remarked on Telegram. Is it feasible to negotiate with a government that lies cynically and propagandistically all of the time? "Russia has demonstrated that it is a barbaric country that poses a threat to global security. "A barbarian can only be stopped by force." On March 29, Russia and Ukraine held their most recent face-to-face talks.

Ukraine accused Russia for the lack of progress earlier this month, while the Kremlin claimed Kyiv was not willing to cooperate. The only person worth talking to, according to Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy, is Russian President Vladimir Putin, who made all the decisions. "Whatever their foreign minister says is irrelevant. It makes no difference if he sends a negotiating team to us... all of these individuals are nobodies, regrettably," he told Dutch television on Friday. Russia has intensified its attack on Severodonetsk, one of the few areas of the Luhansk region that is still under Ukrainian control.

Russia has already captured Lyman, a nearby railway station, but Ukraine's deputy defence minister, Hanna Malyar, says the fight for Lyman is still going on. Severodonetsk is located about 40 kilometres east of Lyman, on the banks of a major river. Ukrainian police tweeted on social media that "Severodonetsk is under persistent enemy fire." President Volodymyr Zelenskyy issued his nightly address a few hours ago, stating that Severodonetsk, Lysychansk, Bakhmut, and Popasna are among the "important places of struggle." "Every day, we work to improve our defence."

This is mostly a weapon supply. "Every day, we get closer to the day when our army will outsmart the occupiers in terms of technology and firepower." Of course, much depends on the partners' willingness to provide Ukraine with everything it needs to defend its independence. "And I'm anticipating excellent news on this by next week." On Saturday, he added, shelling hit the city of Mykolaiv, killing one person and injuring seven others.

"The rounds landed in a residential area, twenty metres from a kindergarten - these are the Russian Federation's chosen adversaries." I will remind the world over and over that Russia must be officially recognised as a terrorist state and a state-sponsor of terrorism. This is absolutely correct. This is reasonable and accurate, and it reflects the daily reality that the occupiers have created in Ukraine and are eager to export to Europe. And this must be codified in law."
