Swati people are fighting for their freedom, what about Zimbabweans ?

A Twitter user by the name ¨ Kwena Molekwa ¨ took to social media to share her sentiments towards what is happening with the Swati people. She used her Twitter account to lash out at Zimbabweans for not doing enough to better their lives and situation.

Here is part of what she said on Twitter :

Even though her remarks were received with mixed reactions by the Twitter users, Zimbabweans are not doing much to save their country.

It is not a secret that Zimbabweans are leaving their country on a regular basis to settle in foreign lands as a result of the economic, social, and economic challenges. As it is, Zimbabweans have been hit by increases in transport fares. The teachers are not happy about being paid in local Zimbabwean currency whose purchasing power is weak outside the country.

In recent days there have been reports of attacks on the leader of the opposition party Mr Nelson Chamisa. All these are examples of political, economic, and social challenges in Zimbabwe. However, what are Zimbabweans doing to resolve their issues? A report was issued of some Zimbabwean nationals who reside in South Africa who approached the courts to grant them permanent residency.

They may be qualifying to be permanent residents of South Africa but it is high time they should work on bringing lasting solutions in their own country of birth . Zimbabwe has one of the best-skilled people in the world. If they were not as good, their services would not be needed in the foreign nations that they are residing. South Africa is one of the countries that have a lot of Zimbabwean nationals serving in different fields.

If all those Zimbabweans are to work together towards reviving Zimbabwe, what can go wrong? Is fear to implement political and economic changes the cause of the suffering in Zimbabwe? What needs to be done to stop the exodus of Zimbabweans?
