The South African government have posted on their verified social media platforms, arguing its citizens to be more patriotic by supporting locally made products and services.
According to the government, this will create more jobs thus stabilizing our shattered economy. Again this will ensure that other countries import products and services from us, meaning more more for the country.
While the Government is really preaching a good massage, they're hypocritical at the same time because their very own Ministers and MPs don't support the very same local brand they argue citizens to support.
Former Minister of Finance, Malusi Gigaba, was caught drinking a foreign energy drink, Redbull, while DJ Sbu has Mofaya. Its just Malusi who was caught, there's plenty of others who are behind the scenes supporting foreign brands while preaching a different massage on a public level.
What do y'all think?? Let's talk in the comments section
