President Cyril Ramaphosa is served as President since from 2018 and alslo the President of the ANC since 2017, after Jacob Zuma, the former South African President served his term. Cyril Ramaphosa continued to dohis best to ensure that the economy is running, ensuring peace and unity in the country.
Nevertheless, just like most public figures and office holders, Cyril Ramaphosa had never been free from conpiracies, ranging from claims and counter accusations coming from every quarter of his term.
Regardless, more recently he has been under investigaion for alleged association in the dubious Shanduka tender with the Free State Department of Education. After the report, a lot of South Africans went to face the situationband some commented that "he must step aside". Someone even asked that "will he remain the president of South Africa after this whole cases?".
A new report came out after The Star found out exclusively that the tender was never advertised. Furthermore, it was discovered the that Free State Education MEC, Tate Makgoe was a member of the Shanduka Trust Board at the time and Cyril Ramaphosa was serving as the chairperson.
The Star reported that it was seen an affidavit from an official of the embattled Department, which suggests that discrepancies was likely in the award of the tender.
