RET Forces Paralyze CR Faction In Zuma's Region, Musa Dladla

A regional conference conducted this past weekend in President Cyril Ramaphosa's hometown of Musa Dladla, which was home to Zuma's faction, has been paralyzed by radical economic transformation forces.

Defeating both Mhlongo and Senzo Mchunu's wife in the race for Musa Dladla Region chair, Musa Cebekhulu has been elected.

Zweli Mkhize, a former health minister and ANC veteran, is expected to run for ANC president in December, according to RET forces in the province.

Ex-president Jacob Zuma and other ANC comrades like Senzo Mchunu and Nathi Mthethwa hail from the Musa Dladla district. RET's victory, on the other hand, signals trouble for Sihle Zikalala, the current ANC provincial chairperson, who many believe would not return.

"Senzo Mchunu's people have been retaken from Musa Dladla Region by our people now. This is my territory, and I say e Mtuba nisebenzile to all of my homeboys and neighbors. Keep going, I'm on my way home, "A member of the RET forces posts a picture to their social media accounts.

Musa Cebekhulu was elected as the ANC's new chairperson for Musa Dladla. Despite being a last-minute challenger, he was able to beat out Thembeka Mchunu and Mdu Mhlongo. Nathi Xulu, regional secretary, and Simanga Mgenge, treasurer, are on his ticket.

In the same manner that Single Zikalala has been warned that the provincial conference will see him kicked out of the ANC Kwa-Zulu Natal leadership, some ANC comrades in this region are believed to have warned Mdu Mhlongo that he would not keep his position.

"The Thuma mina cabal is losing all of Kwa-Zulu Natal's regional conferences. Clearly, Sihle Zikalala will be ousted from office soon "They stated so.

It's time to forget about ANC KZN support, some stated, and instead the Kwa-Zulu Natal province's ANC must stand on its own in 2024.
