We ask democracy King Mswati III not dialogue

Liphimbo LaboMake is currently conducting regional political dialogues that seeks to capacitate and engage women on national issues ahead of the national dialogue.

Liphimbo LaboMake is a collaboration of women rights organizations working together to promote the rights of women.

Zanele Thabede, the Liphimbo LaboMake Chairperson said women were being engaged in what they would like to see their country evolve to as well as areas of capacitation when it came to politics. 

"The women organization is amplifying women’s voices in the country and making sure that all voices are recognized so that we have a society that is inclusive and where equality is realized", she said.

Women in Swaziland are abused and seemingly without rights or rights are not equal to men, but now something else

Recently King Mswati’s ritual men(BeManti) harass women for wearing pants as part of his Incwala ceremony. During this time women are forced to cover their heads or be fined by the ritual men.
