Hansie Cronje Drags Julius Malema In a hot water for Revealing ANC’s Top secret.

Advocate Hermione Cronje, the active head of the National Prosecuting Authority's (Npa's) Investigating Directorate (ID), allegedly surrendered because she was under political pressure to charge and indict the Economic Freedom Fighters' top leaders (EFF).

According to EFF founder Julius Malema, Cronje was ordered by the ruling ANC to charge him and his delegate, Floyd Shivambu, by March of next year.

"The ANC, DA, and white capitalists have tried to blame us for both. Cronje has resigned from the NPA at this time.

"Are you aware of the reason for this? 'You must accuse Malema and Shivambu before March of the following year,' she was told. What you do is unimportant to us', "Malema stated his case without providing any evidence to support it.

After revealing ANC and DA false accusations, Cronje drags Malema in the water this afternoon.

The EFF founder was speaking to the media outside the Randburg Magistrates Court on Monday, where he and party MP Mbuyiseni Ndlozi were appearing in court for an attack charge involving an incident that occurred during Winnie Madikizela-memorial Mandela's service in 2018.

After learning that one of the training lawyers had Covid-19 symptoms, the case was adjourned until April 7, 2022.

He claimed that law enforcement agencies had tried for years but failed to find dirt on the EFF and its authorities.

"There's nothing she [Cronje] can use to charge us, and she's been struggling to charge us on her own. This thing called extreme necessity wrongdoings is all about political emphasizing on true wrongdoing "According to Malema.

"They target people, then smear you and forget about you," he continued. "It doesn't matter to them what happens, and you live with a long-lasting foreboding shadow."

Malema claimed that his party had caused both the ANC and the DA "bad nightmares," and that this was the reason they were apparently focused on in the first place.

"Both the ANC and the DA have made these people's worst come true.

"They would have delivered it if there had been anything unmistakable at this point. Why are they claiming that they are unable to supply it? They just slander people and then leave them alone "He expressed himself.

'The NPA isn't in a crisis,' says the spokesperson.

Meanwhile, the NPA's top official, advocate Shamila Batohi, denied media claims that Cronje's resignation was due to a strained relationship between them during a press conference on Monday.

This comes after a report from the City Press at the end of the week that the two were feuding over the ID's operation, with instances of hindrance in the ID's authority arrangements.

"That is where it concludes," Batohi added, "and it makes for dramatic announcing."

Despite popular belief and what one might think, she stated that the NPA was not in a crisis.

"There is also no limitless damage to the ID or any element of the NPA," she added, adding that Cronje's resignation signified the "end of several factors."

Cronje's imminent exit from the NPA was declared by Batohi last Thursday. She suggested that President Cyril Ramaphosa recognise Cronje's consent, which would take effect on March 1, 2022.
