Many Zimbabweans think and believe that for Zimbabwe to be successful, we need to return control of the economy back to the whites. I certainly do not agree with that notion. Personally I believe that what we need are informed leaders, leaders who have the will to make our country betterI believe we have many people among us, black Zimbabweans who are capable and have all the skills, we need to turn our country into well developed economy. Do not get me wrong I am not saying we should exclude white Zimbabweans, in the affairs of our country but just saying the notion that only them can turn things around in Zimbabwe, is wrong

What we do not have in our country is leadership. The kind of Leaders with the will,wisdom and strategies to turn things around. We have so much talent in Zim, and very skilled people too which remains untapped

But the problem is the government that wants to dominate everything. A government that seeks to be viewed as the only hottest thing in town. This in turn results in silencing and choking off of the talent, and the exclusion of the people who have the capacity to make our country great again
