The Vice President of the United States of America is on the verge of making history in the country's 250-year history of democracy. According to Reuters, Kamala Harris will become America's first female president since the country gained independence from Great Britain.
Mr. Joe Biden, President of the United States, will cede authority to Harris today in order to attend to his own health. The President of the United States (POTUS) had promised Americans that he would be candid and upfront about his health. Additionally, while he is sedated, he will transmit authority to his vice.
According to Reuters, during the time when President Joe Biden's health is being evaluated, Mrs. Kamala Harris will assume power.
As previously stated, Harris is the country's first female vice president. And she will control the country while her Principal, Biden, attends to his health. As a result, she will be the country's first female president (even for a brief time).
Mr. Biden is currently receiving treatment at the Walter Reed Army Medical Center. He is the country's oldest politician to assume the presidency. At the age of 79, he is still the leader of a highly powerful country.
Once complete transfer of power occurs (as required by the US constitution), Vice President Kamala Harris will become the first female American to lead or rule the country.
