In his weekly newsletter which got released each and every monday by the office of Presidency, President Cyril Matamela Ramaphosa says underage drinking being normalised is a serious problem.
President Cyril Ramaphosa showed that this is worrying him a lot and indeed underage kids are drinking alcohol in South Africa.
