Most Criminal Syndicate in SA are Foreigners - Defence Minister Thandi Modise


In a recent video, South Africa minister of defense, Thandi Modise has stated that the majority of criminal organizations in the country are run by foreigners.

A lot of different criminal activities are being carried out in the country, crimes ranging from armed robberies, kidnapping, hijackings, killings, drug dealings, and many more. But according to reports, foreigners residing in South Africa has the highest number of perpetrators found committing these crimes

"Defence Minister Thandi Modise says most criminal syndicates in the country are not operated by South Africans."
