It's always a good thing when you have a house, backroom, or flat to rent out, it can potentially be a good investment as it can generate good money.
Becoming a landlord or landlady is an awesome experience but the sad reality of being a landlord is that you’re pretty much guaranteed to run into problems with tenants eventually. This is a business based on people, and people are idiots, so it’s only a matter of time before things go haywire.
One supposedly landlady brought this matter to the spotlight after she posted this.👇🏾
A lot of people who are also in the property business concurred with lady's sentiments. It is sad that human beings can take something that is so beautiful and mess it up like this.
So people suggested that maybe the tenant is a mechanic, but even though one is a mechanic that does not give them a licence to be untidy.
I honestly think in such cases It’s a good idea to make interim inspections of the property during the lease period. If, for example, you have a strict no-smoking policy but the home smells like an ashtray, you’re going to have trouble renting to the next person, and you need to take action immediately.
