On June 15, 2022, a guy by the name of Benkingsley Nwashara saved a child who had been abandoned by her single, mentally challenged mother.
When the dad brought the infant to the police station, he was instructed to clean her off and come back the next day.
Later, he provided an update, noting the baby's severe suffering, and he asked for suggestions on how to properly give the child the correct nutrition.
"This infant has endured terrible suffering. She continued to sit there as the rain from yesterday pummeled her. The market women were active.
After being cleaned up, she is currently eating like she hasn't eaten anything since being born. Her body is covered in sores.
Please provide us suggestions on the best diet to feed her for the time being. I have no idea how to care for infants," he wrote.
As the days passed, Nwashara assumed care of the infant, and after only 10 days, the baby had undergone a complete transformation, much to the delight of Nigerians on social media.
