With your children in mind.
Just imagine; your child left homeless, and with nothing; just because you failed to make an informed choice, of marrying out of community of property without accrual.
1.In majority of cases, when death do us apart and are in community of property; the surviving spouse inherits the house and all other assets. He or she may be the father or mother of your children, or maybe a stepfather or stepmother of your children.
2.Reality is that you are no more and you no longer have a say. Your spouse can remarry and if he or she did it in community of property with you, he or she may do it in community of property with another person after your death. There is nothing special about you that others don't have, don't fool yourself.
3.This will mean an entirely new joint estate between them to the exclusion of your children that you left behind. Yes, even the house that you owned before you met your surviving spouse will be jointly owned by the new spouse, to the exclusion of your children.
4.If your surviving spouse and the new spouse were to divorce, the house in question will probably be sold and the money shared between your surviving spouse and the new spouse. In many cases the proceeds shared thereof wouldn't be enough to buy a new home. Your child becomes homeless.
5.Should the surviving spouse not divorce, but die, the new spouse will inherit the house, and this person is not related to your children. Your children stand a good chance of becoming homeless, of moving from one relative to another, from that uncle to aunty Hellen, looking for a place to stay.
6.Their mother had it all, she failed to think, she had a house before her marriage, she failed to think, she then got married in community of property, because she was uninformed, now her children's future is uncertain, because she failed to think.
6.And still, someone will ask me, "why do you hate in community of property regime so much?".
7.It has many victims in proportion compared to marriages out of community of property, it destroys dreams, it cripples businesses, it leaves people indebted;
What is worse above it all,
8.It leaves people Homeless, it takes food from the mouth, it takes away hope from children, it's out dated.
9.Consider an Antenuptial contract without the application of the accrual system, protect your loved ones.

02-22 20:08:45that's true 😒 after the passing of the spouse the remaining one remarries and few months later the surviving one dies too and by then he/she would have married stranger 🤔. imagine stranger pocketing all the assets without thinking of the offspring left by the hard worker 😮😮.n😒
