The video that shocked many South Africans when it was first published on social media, is back to haunt the ANC once more. Since the campaign has started, South Africans are urged to expose the ruling party of its incompetence and not caring much about the needs and demands of the citizens. People in this country have had enough about the ruling party, and the movement to dismantle its campaigning mission is on a winning side. Political parties only care when it is time for elections, and look away when it is time to deliver and fulfill their promises. People have noticed every plan of the ANC, and they are no longer falling for the trap anymore. A touching video showing a group of children crossing a river with a rope and the help of the elders is making rounds again. The ANC feels threatened as the evil deeds that happen or once happened to the citizens of this country are shown when they are campaigning. The goal is to steal votes from them, and let the citizens make the right choice when they are holding the ballot paper. In this video there are multiple things that the ANC could have done to prevent this from happening.
The ruling party could have built a bridge to help people of this community make it to the nearest villages. Unfortunately, due to looting and corruption, this is highly unlikely to happen. The right to education has been deprived from these learners. Their right to life and safety has been taken away from them. They will not have fair education, as they are impacted at an emotional level. South Africans are viciously provoked by this video, and need a change from the ANC. It is up to the ruling party to correct its mistakes and be voted again.
