Online shopping is something else. Sometimes you order a product based on how it looks on a model, only to discover that you don't have the model body that attracted you to the product!
Ordering hair online is another story altogether. You order brazilian hair, only to realize that the R100 wigs at Bree street are better than what gets delivered to you! This is what happened to a lady, @Tshego_Lulama, who ordered a lace brazilian wig from an Instagram store and got bird hair instead. Ma Madlala's hair from Uzalo is better than what got delivered to her. More ladies joined the thread and shared their own experiences where they received much worse looking wigs Tshego's one.
