Orlando Pirates mentor Fadlu Davids has given understanding into the jobs that are involved without anyone else and individual mentor Mandla Ncikazi.
The couple have been responsible for the Buccaneers following the exit of lead trainer Josef Zinnbauer back in August after a run of baffling outcomes.
