Chabangu has broken silence regarding his pending retirement from football.

As per Gomora United supervisor Joe Seanego, the ex Bafana midfielder will be taking up a situation as a specialized counselor at the club. 

'All You Require Is Love' says the long break taken by novice football because of the Covid pandemic has given him no decision except for to think about hanging up his boots. 

"Eish it's this Covid, we've remained for such a long time without playing football, so it's intense," Chabangu tells KickOff.com. 

Chabangu says his fantasy was to turn into a mentor when he resigned however he can't discover financial backers who will pay for his investigations. 

"It's simply that I need to consider something new to do. I haven't taken a choice. As a player it's imperative to play. Anything that can come I will manage it, yet the thing is the financial backers are not, at this point that much." 

The 35-year-old says the explanation he hasn't educated his family or reported his retirement is because of the way that nothing has been concluded with the Gomora the executives. 

"At home they actually have no clue I'm going to resign in light of the fact that I haven't seen the club proprietors since a year ago at Baberwa," he clarifies. "We haven't chose what will happen you see."
