Bonang "Monster" Tweet Heading to Court

South African lawyers seems to be making bag out of a lot of defamatory cases from celebrities. It has been a norm these days for celebrities to enter into court battle, because their reputation are at stake. 

Almost every week you hear of a high profile individual involved in defamatory wars. The lawyers are laughing all the way to the bank.

At times it often brought by events from the past by the two parties wich were left unresolved. The lawyers are starting to make a lot of money out of these situation were people are suing each other.

We seen even bizarre situation were people will go years back to dig up dirt on the other party.

Bonang has also previously tried to sue a YouTube personality for his defamatory remarks.

TV personality Bonang Matheba and his former manager Davin Phillips are heading for a war in court.

Phillips legal representive Werkmans attorneys is demanding that Bonang should retract, his damaging remarks she made against thier client Phillips. 

A letter was sent to media personality, the lawyers are also demanding an apology for his comments.

She must also stop publishing similar comments reads the letter. 

According to the letter written by Phillips legal representive. They said Bonang took to social media and made comments about Phillips 

"I can't wait to tell the public about Phillips". He refered to him as a "Monster" this did not seat well with Davin Phillips. 

The comments were later deleted but Bonang was having none of if. She went on social media and commented again. 

They are now giving Bonang until 2pm Friday to retract her comments. 

It is not the first time the parties are involved in a war of words.

it all started when Bonang left the Davin's company Called CSA. she accused Davin of trying to manipulate him and stealing what's belongs to her(BNG).
