Yesterday, Mzansi could have lost another one in the entertainment industry. Luckily, it was not her time and a decision that she took at that time saved her life.
Mihlali Ndamase is a South African social media influencer. Ndamase is popular known for make-up tutorials, she does on YouTube. Ndamase does not just do those tutorials but it is her passion for make-up that drives her to do them. She also holds a make-up certificate from Leaders In The Science Of Fashion (LITSOF).
Ndamase recently met with death but did not allow her life to be claimed. She was robbed, pointed with more than one gun being four guns but she decided that she would not die because of what she had. She took to social media informing the public about what had happened to her.
Mihlali Ndamase on Twitter said "Not my phone getting snatched out of my hand last night"
On the reply section of the tweet, she said "I had 4 guns pulled out at me because of a phone, they can tell i wanted to run. Wasn't worth dying for i gave in and months after i bought myself an iPhone 12".
There is definitely a dark cloud hanging over the lives of celebrities or the entertainment industry. The industry almost lost Master KG when a flight he was on had it's engine exploding and now, Mihlali was almost shot for a phone.
It is so sad to see celebrities continuing to be targets of criminal activities. Some celebrities like Dumi Masilela had their lives claimed by criminals who today want to be forgiven and it never stops. It seems as if the belief that celebrities have money and can replace anything at anytime will be around for a long time with more and more celebrities being targets.
Mihlali might have spent a lot on her iPhone that was taken but did well in choosing her life first. Material things can always be replaced but one's life can never be replaced when lost.
