Foreigners CHASED In Ghana But No One Calls It XENOPHOBIC? Why?
Ghana - It seems African countries have become tired of illegal foreigners, and are trying to chase them out of their countries but they are not called xenophobic. It seems like some illegal foreigners have destroyed travel experiences for other foreigners. Many countries have just had it. Even Ghana. Nigeria being Africa’s most populous country unfortunately just has many more people than other African countries, and are the country with the most illegal foreigners in other countries. This comes as the Ghana Union of Traders Association (GUTA) has appealed to the Committee on Foreign Retail Trade, to close down shops of undocumented foreign retailers, including Nigerians. This would mean that if GUTA acts on its threat, thousands of Nigerians could be made to suffer going back to Nigeria with little or nothing, while many of them had their shops locked for almost two years now. Tensions are currently high and continue to rise as Ghanaians threaten fresh attacks on foreigners. But the same was happening in South Africa not too long ago, as South Africans are also tired if illegal foreigners, but the South African media houses, called it xenophobic? Why? Is it only xenophobia when it happens in South Africa?
