Thuli Phongolo has disappointed Mzansi with his current career as it makes being a DJ very rewarding. The actress and DJ apparently tipped over 18,000 ren when they played a concert recently.
Thuli is living her dream, because she won more at a concert last weekend than she bargained for. A video of a man throwing music at her while she plays to a beat has done the rounds.
The excited actor gets excited about money and looks very excited. She got a lot of people to change jobs ASAP because WOW, we could all use some extra money.
Thuli rose to fame as an actress when her first appearance in Generations of hers catapulted her to fame. Thuli was rumored to have been fired by Generations, but she cleared up those rumors. After leaving Generations, Thuli decided to give her dream of becoming a DJ a try.
Speaking to Trending SA a few years ago, Thuli said: “DJ Zoe somehow DJing made me introduce a guy named Ryno and I had literally twelve lessons before my first gig and right after I got gigs before my second lesson and I thought :
'Ryno, no, I can't do that.' Because, people hired me because: 'You're Namhla in Generations ... and since then I've been working as a DJ, I only had five weekends off. last year, and it was my first year ... he chose me, I really think he chose me ... "
Thuli spoke about his love for music and spoke to TrueLove and revealed more:" I've always had a love of music but unfortunately I can't sing. My love for him grew more and more when he was attending events or was an MC somewhere. I saw other DJs play these events and I wanted the same thing.
I met DJ Zoe (who plays with Ganyani) for lunch and talked to her about becoming a DJ; she was very encouraging. She recommended DJ Ryno to teach me and they were both my mentors. At first I thought about studying here and there, but after playing one of DJ Zoe's events, I got reservations.
She's clinging to more than just being on our screens and she seems to love this whole race more. Who does not earn so much money?
