Man United's Dean Henderson joins Nottingham Forest on Loan

Nottingham Forest have marked goalkeeper Dean Henderson from Manchester United on a season-long credit, the recently advanced Premier League club said on Saturday.

United academy graduate Henderson, 25, showed up in all rivalries last season and couldn't dislodge David de Gea as best option goalkeeper at the Old Trafford club.

"I'm totally happy to get such a fabulous club together with an astonishing arrangement of fans and a great history," Henderson said in an explanation.

"I need to thank the chief and proprietors at Nottingham Forest for the extraordinary chance to play for this club in their most memorable season back in the Premier League."

Britain global Henderson is Forest's second marking of the nearby season after Nigeria forward Taiwo Awoniyi joined for a club-record charge the month before.

Woods, who beat Huddersfield Town in the Championship season finisher last to seal their re-visitation of the Premier League, start their mission with an outing to Newcastle United on Aug. 6.
